The terms that apply to this website, to consultation requests and to event enquiries.
Editable placeholder — these terms cover the website and the request flows built into it. They do not cover the studio's in-person service agreements, consent forms, or any figures such as deposit amounts and hire rates. Have them reviewed by a lawyer and completed before launch.
About this site
This website is operated by Detroit Ink Spot. Using it means accepting these terms.
Requests are not bookings
Nothing on this site books an appointment or reserves a date.
- A consultation request asks the studio to get in touch. An appointment exists only once it has been arranged with an artist and secured with a deposit.
- An event date request asks the studio to consider a date. Dates shown as available on the calendar are subject to confirmation, and the calendar is not connected to a live booking system. Detroit Ink Spot reviews every request for availability, fit, capacity and venue requirements, and may decline any request.
Quotes and deposits
Quotes are given in person by the artist doing the work, after a one-on-one consultation. A non-refundable deposit is required to schedule an appointment; the amount depends on the estimated cost of the project and is set at the consultation. Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. A no-call, no-show results in the loss of the deposit.

Content and images
Artwork, photographs, text and the Detroit Ink Spot name and logo belong to the studio or to the artists who made them, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Accuracy
The studio works to keep this site accurate, but details such as hours can change. Call ahead if something matters to your plans.
Links to other sites
This site links to third-party services such as Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Those services have their own terms, and the studio is not responsible for their content.
